Meet the founder
At the heart of De Art Developments is Founder & Director, Nicola (Nick) Artusa. With 17+ years of experience in residential construction, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and an unmatched eye for detail.
Nick’s journey began as an A-grade electrician before pursuing his lifelong goal of becoming a builder. After earning his Certificate IV and Diploma in Building and Construction, he gained hands-on experience with award-winning building companies, where he was recognised multiple times for his leadership and precision on-site.
Driven by a passion for creating homes that reflect each client’s unique vision, Nick established De Art Developments as a boutique building company committed to custom new homes, extensions, and townhouse developments. His focus is always on clear communication, transparency, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
